Mrs. Justyna Eisenbardt (formerly, Justyna Karbarz) is a litigator for the firm and represents clients in matters including, personal injury, product liability, landlord/tenant evictions, business litigation, employment law, family law, estate planning and litigation, administrative matters, including disability retirement pension benefits, residential and commercial real estate, municipal court matters and general civil matters.
Mrs. Eisenbardt appears regularly in the Superior Court of New Jersey, United States District Court, New Jersey’s Administrative Courts, as well as the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
Prior to and during law school, Mrs. Eisenbardt served as the firm’s law clerk for several years. Mrs. Eisenbardt graduated Rutgers Law School in Newark, New Jersey in 2022, where she earned a Certificate in Corporate and Business Law. During law school, Mrs. Eisenbardt served as a Business Editor for the Rutgers Computer & Technology Law Journal and a Clinical Student Attorney for the Rutgers Law School Entrepreneurship Clinic. As a Clinical Student Attorney, Mrs. Eisenbardt provided counseling and representation on such matters as: pre-venture activities; business planning; entity selection and formation; the negotiation, drafting, and review of agreements; particular issues relevant to non-profits; and community relations.
Mrs. Eisenbardt is also a graduate of Rutgers University in Newark, New Jersey, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
